Create an account

Sign up

1. Open the signup page.
2. Enter your email, a password (min 8 characters), and your name.
3. We send a verification email — click the link to activate your account.

After verification you're redirected to a short profile step (date of birth, what you plan to use the platform for, etc.). All fields there are optional and you can skip them — they help us tailor the experience but they're not required to use the product.

Logging back in

Use the login page. Sessions last 7 days by default — you'll only see the login form again after that, or if you log out manually.

Forgot your password?

From the login page click Forgot password. We email you a reset link valid for 30 minutes.

Closing your account

Email us at support@tradingplatform.dev with the subject "Close account" from the email address tied to your account. We anonymise your trade history, delete your stored broker credentials, and confirm within one business day.
