We aim to reply within one business day.
Reporting a bug¶
The fastest way to get something fixed is the Report a bug button in the app (top-right of the Support page, or the user menu). It opens a small form and files an issue on our public tracker with your context (env, app version, user id) auto-attached so we don't have to ask follow-up questions.
If you can include:
- What you were doing — a one-line summary of the action that broke
- What you expected — the outcome that would've made sense
- What happened instead — the error you saw, ideally with a screenshot
- Browser + OS if it's a frontend issue
…we can usually triage in a few minutes.
Status & incidents¶
Active incidents and planned maintenance are posted at status.tradingplatform.dev (coming soon — for now, follow the in-app banner).
Feature requests¶
Same Report a bug form, choose category "Feature request". We review them weekly. Voting / public roadmap is on the way.
